Over the Weekend

company located in Dallas called us and asked if we would be
interested in running their warehouse and distribution operation.
They were bringing product in from China and wanted to focus
their efforts on marketing and sales. We toured their facility
and presented a proposal which included moving their operation
to Memphis. |
They called us on a Thursday and asked if we
could be operating by
Monday. The KATT team went to work and moved the customer’s
inventory, set up a warehouse with storage racks and security
cameras as well as keyed their products into our operating system.
We were shipping orders on Monday.
