customer called us and asked if we could help them solve a problem.
They had tried numerous companies and different processes and
nothing seemed to work. Their distribution center could not
process all of their orders going to California to meet their
next day service commitments. |

KATT team toured their facility and recommended that they segment
all of their California orders and we would process, label,
and ship the orders for next day delivery. The plan worked so
well that KATT now handles all orders going to California, and
Puerto Rico for this customer. |
